Here we explore the history of the Municipality of Clare, rich and inspiring story of determination, perpetual hope and hard work. Since 1768, Clare has grown from its humble beginnings as rocky iron soil shores enveloped by virgin timber into a thriving community of over 50 villages! Get to know the people who made it happen and learn how their vision continues on today through the generations.<\/p><\/div>\n

Learn about our local food culture, arts and crafts, theatre, music, film, dance, and regional festivals. You will easily see how music has influenced the way we work and play every day.
